We have seen many copper heatsinks emerge onto the market lately. Many
of them perform better than their Aluminum brothers. How much farther
can we push air cooling with today's CPUs?
When I first heard about the SK-6 from Thermalright,I
thought Oh "another" copper heatsink.Thermalright was
nice enough to send us their product for review.Read and see just
how it fares.

The first thing I noticed where the small wire clips used to
hold the fan on.I was skeptical that they would hold down a 7000Rpm
Delta. In the above picture you can see that the clip hook into
to small tabs on the base of the heatsink. You then place the fan
in the center of the HS and push the top of the clips over the
edge of the fane. The SK-6 comes packaged with the heatsink,Wire
fan clips,Thermal pad as shown in the picture below.

I must say their attention to detail shows in everything from
the Heatsink itself being very well made down to the box it comes
in.
One thing I would like to point out to anyone planning to buy
an SK-6.Assemble the fan and clips before mounting the heatsink
onto your CPU.Even in the cavern of a case I have it was almost
impossible to mount the fan clips with the HS installed. They are
not easy to attached,It takes a little effort. These fan clips
may look flimsy sitting in that box but once attached to the HS
and fan they hold tight. The actual HS clip is about the same as
most Globalwin clips maybe just a little less pressure.
